Suite Associates from a range of sectors, including freelance facilitators,
educators, trainers, researchers, and ‘helping’ professionals such as personal
coaches and therapists from a range of disciplines.

Together, our overall Suite Associate network ensures the right people with
the right expertise are available to work with your organisation.

Agnes A. Lichtor B.App.Sci (Psych), FRIENDS Anxiety & Depression Prevention
Accredited

Having completed an Applied Science degree majoring in Psychology, Health
Promotion and Human Resource Management, Agnes’ background includes a variety
of facilitation, leadership, social research & program evaluation, community
development, volunteer and staff training and philanthropic roles. Having worked
mainly in the community, not for profit, and local government sectors, Agnes has
had the privilege of working with many different groups and individuals of different
ages and backgrounds. A member of the Victorian Passionist Retreat Team, a Fit to
Drive™ facilitator and accredited SouthernHealth STEPS™ program facilitator, Agnes
is also a freelance writer.

Anthony O’Loughlin BACC, Grad. Cert Psychodrama

Anthony brings a wealth of life experience to our team. Originally from a
trade background, he has worked in upper management for large firms responsible
for work acquisition, allocation and company direction. Anthony holds a BA in
Counselling majoring on psychology and currently runs his own business and
continues his work in the counselling field. In addition he has worked as a
facilitator, managed philanthropic organizations and is the founder of Suite
Relations contributing largely to its manifesto. Anthony has good experience in
the drug and alcohol field, in grief & loss, and in children’s and family therapy.

Eddie Sim BACC, Cert IV WT/A Ass/Workplace.Training

Eddie comes from an extensive and diverse business background. He has a BA in
Counselling and has Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Eddie has
worked extensively with a range of people in both the corporate and philanthropic
sectors in Malaysia and here in Australia. Eddies passion for people is second to none.
He gave up a lucrative business in 1996 and founded the RCCC rehabilitation centre
in Ballan, which became incorporated in 1998. He is also responsible for the concept
of Life Empowerment Strategies (LES) and other training programs used at the centre and
is largely responsible for emergence of Suite Relations

Dr Ian Ridgway Ph.D, Cert IV Ass/Workplace.Training

Ian is a registered psychologist with a Ph.D in Educational Psychology. He has over
25 years experience in clinical work and supervision and currently lectures at Tabor
College in psychology. Ian is responsible for supervision of the team and for overseeing
the ongoing development of the Suite Relations & LES programs. Ian’s humility and willingness
to impart knowledge are very gratifying qualities.
